All content, designs, software, brands, and code developed by Exosfera are the exclusive property of the agency or its respective licensors, unless otherwise stipulated by contract. Reproduction in whole or in part without express authorization is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Exosfera is not responsible for unforeseen fluctuations in third-party platform algorithms (such as Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.), nor for service interruptions beyond our direct technical control.
3. User Data Deletion
Personal Data Deletion Request
At Exosfera we respect your right to be forgotten and to digital privacy. You may request the permanent deletion of all your personal data from our storage systems, databases, and marketing tools. Once the request is processed, Exosfera will not retain any record that could identify you, except those strictly necessary to comply with legal or tax obligations in Chile and Brazil.
